Bakery Products — Pickup Only

Bakery products are not shipped. All Bakery orders are for in-store pickup only, at the store location shown for your order (ACID Bakehouse in Madrid or ACID Mitte in Berlin).

Merch — Shipping

Merch products are shipped by courier within Spain.

• Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Shipping cost: €10, free on orders over €50.
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from the dispatch date, depending on destination and courier availability.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled pickup or dispatch date. To cancel, contact us at info@acidcafe.es with your order number.

Returns

Bakery products cannot be returned, as they are perishable food items made to order.

Merch products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. To request a return, contact us at info@acidcafe.es with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect, in which case ACID will cover the cost.
